Developed by Dermody Properties, the project addresses rising demand for modern logistics infrastructure throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Designed to support a range of tenant types—from e-commerce to light manufacturing—the facility provides immediate access to major transportation routes and freight corridors. Located within one of the East Bay’s most active logistics zones, the site delivers exceptional functionality for time-sensitive distribution and regional supply chain activity.

The facility sits on a 10.86-acre site and includes 155 car parking stalls and 27 trailer parking stalls, providing ample capacity for high-turnover freight operations.
